Returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send us an email , within 14 days from the date of delivery, to our customer care department at customercare@lesy.it. Please state the style  reference code, located on the garment's tag. We will send you an email, authorising the return and the relative instructions. If we are unable to substitute your garment for one that is identical, we will happily do an exchange for a garment that holds the same value as the one purchased or we’ll proceed with the refund process.

Instructions for return

Each garment must be returned in its original packaging or using a smaller box with the same characteristics if you wish to return just certain items from the order and must show no signs of usage or washing. LESY di Cosi Lisetta Srl reserves the right to refuse if return  is not authorised or not  complying with our instructions or shipped back with an alternative courier respect of what we recommend . The goods  will  be shipped back at the expence of the customer to the original shipping address.

Shipping your returns

Once you are ready with your package , please contact the courier provided by phone or through their web site and book with them a slot to pick up the return using the customer code provided. You will be asked to print off your returns label and cover your address label with our return label and include a copy inside the box.The shipping costs of authorized returns are charged to the customers. The cost of returns outside of Italy will depend on the country of departure of the package.

Refunds

Upon recieving the return goods and checked all the requirements have been met we will refund the price paid in full, excluding the shipping cost, within 30 days after the day on which we receive the product(s) back to our warehouse in Florence.

Exclusion right of return

In accordance with article 59 , paragraph 1, letter c ) , of the Consumer Code , as defined below , the right of Returns does not apply to orders for made to measure.
